I am using my Imperator Pro keyboard in Windows 8.1 (with backlight). After I installed the software/drivers, I cannot get the volume and multimedia keys to work.

Go to our website to download the correct driver for Windows. If the media button still does not work, test the USB port on a different laptop or USB slot. If problem is the same, the keyboard is broken, contact customer support.

The macro keys do not work after I assign the function on the additional buttons, why?

Test the Macro key to see if it works Word/Excel file or not. It may be you did not set it up properly or the button is broken if it does not work. Try to set the Macro key to other buttons, but if it still does not help, the old program could cause this issue as well, try to download the latest driver on our website.

GX Gaming Imperator Pro light does not work, what can I do?

Check if the backlight function is on (include backlight button on keyboard and UI setting), and also make sure both cable are plugged into the USB ports on the laptop/PC. If there is a backlight problem, it will work one the USB cables are plugged in. If it is still not working after you check, the backlighis damaged and you can contact customer support.

Imperator Pro keyboard the lights are on and off the PC, and then my PC and the keyboard does not react and I cannot use it.

Plug the keyboard into another PC to see if the same problem exists. It may also be a different PC does not work that your keyboard will not work. You can contact customer support for assistance.
