While playing a PC game, I cannot get any vibration from HS-G500V.
The vibration is based on the rhythm of music you play.
Plug the USB cable into your laptop, the vibration function is from the USB port when you power on, while the green light is on you can adjust the strength by pushing the switch.
You may try louder music to ensure the vibration function.
When I use HS-G500V vibration in games, I still get noise when I chat, what to do?
Try the Testing Function in Skype to ensure if it is Mic noise, and try it on a different PC. If the problem still exists, contact your retailer or customer support.
