Is it possible the speaker line-in jack can be used with a mic?

The Line-in jack cannot be used with a mic.

I have a Genius HS-200C headset. I am unable to speak to anyone but I can hear the person speak. Is there a driver for the microphone?

This headset does not require a driver.

Go to your Control Panel and check if your mic setting is on and the headset is plugged in correctly to the mic jack. If it still does not work, contact customer support for assistance.
