We do not sell the audio cable separately, you can purchase it at any electronic store.
Can I copy the media files to a folder ( a sub-folder) on my SD card?
MT-20 will search for the available music data on SD card automatically, there is no problem to put file on a sub-folder.
Does MT-20 support 64G SD card capacities or higher?
MT-20 only supports 32G or less, any SD card over that amount will not be detected.
What is MT-20 power LED status when it is fully charged?
When MT-20 is turned off for charging, power LED will change from RED to OFF. When it is OFF, the battery is fully charged; When MT-20 is powered on for charging, the power LED will keep RED( if you don’t remove power cable) or the power LED will change to Blue( if you remove power cable) when battery is fully charged.
