I tested the speakers using the Windows 10 sound test and all speakers work but only the two front speakers work when listening to anything without the subwoofer. The center speaker also makes a loud buzzing noise, why?
Download the latest sound card driver for your laptop, it is most likely a sound card driver problem, and check your speakers again.
Why doesn’t LED on control unit light?
When the system is in standby mode, the input source LED indicator will be off and the system will NOT work. Press the STANDBY button to start the system then LED will light.
SW-G2.1 2000 - the right speaker sounds distorted. How do I get a replacement?
If the speaker is not working properly, contact our customer support for assistance.
I plugged the Mic and the headphone jacks into the SW-G2.1 2000 jacks in the front but I cannot find the mic in my settings to use for an audio input.
Check your input source setting in the control box panel if it is correct. If yes, you can use theMic directly.
Also check if your audio card driver is installed and working, and the Mic function icon is not closed.
