Why is the red light in the middle of my racing wheel always on?

please switch the following 【High-Low Gear Adjustment Switch (10) 】from Up to Down and then test to see if it works properly.

Why is there no vibration on my device?

(1)Please check if the game platform supports the device.
(2)If the game itself provides vibration effects, the product's vibration will be activated.
If the game does not provide vibration effects, the product's vibration function will not be triggered.

How do I use/set the "Replace function"?

The Replace function:

The Replace function key(Replace) can be allowed to swap the positions of the action buttons on the steering wheel (A/B/X/Y/L3/R3/L1/R1),and the pedals for acceleration/braking/clutch, as well as the gear shift positions 1/2/3/4/5/6/R/High/Low.

The setting is as follows:

For example, to swap the positions of the left paddle on the steering wheel and the A button:
1. Press and hold the Replace key for 2 seconds, and the blue LED light will turn on.
(as the picture below)

2. Press the left paddle and the LED light will start flashing.

3. Press the A key again, and the LED light will stop to flash and return to the steady light state. This means the replacement setting has been completed.

4. If there have no action is taken within 60 seconds after entering the replacement mode, the system will exit the replacement function automatically; or you can press the Replace button once to exit the replacement mode.

I'm not sure if the base and steering wheel are installed correctly.

(1) This is the state when the tenon is secured (not yet fully tightened).

(2) This is the state when it is fully tightened (cannot be tightened further).
