Does CrazyTalk work with Windows 8 or 10 or later version?
Crazy Talk works with Windows 10 or previous versions but the Genius utility only works in Windows 7 or previous versions.
Is there an updated Genius Utility driver (IPM) that can work with Windows 8.1?
The product is a plug-n-play device, no driver is required.
The software in the package is a application, it only works with Win7 and previous versions.
Plug the webcam into the laptop first before you install the IPM program.
I am trying to install the camera, people can see me but I cannot see them. How do I fix this?
Did you install the Genius IPM utility? If yes, turn off the function. If you did not install the bundled software, you should check Video Setting in the chat program and find out if your friend has turned off the function which causes you cannot see them. Also make sure the other webcams are normal.
My webcam is automatically adjusting the light that makes my cam lose the FPS, how can I turn off that auto adjustment?
If you install Amcap (bundled software) or Skype, under property page you can turn the Auto EV off by the software.
I bought the webcam, but I lost the license key for Arcsoft WCC4. I kept the CD. When I installed the program, I am asked for a license key. What is license key?
Because of copyright regulation, we cannot offer you a new CD or license key. You can download a free chatting program from the internet. They all work with this webcam.
I lost the Webcam CD and would like to install Crazytalk software for the cam. Where can I download it?
CrazyTalk CD is a free bundled software in the package, you can download any kind of chat software or app from the internet.
They all work with with the webcam.
I have a webcam, when I installed the software, it is asking me to key in the password, what is the password?
The software password is on the back cover of the CD envelope.
Can I install the webcam on my Android tablet?
If webcam is a plug-n-play device, no driver is required.
Check your webcam spec. and tablet if it is OTG or not, and your Android OS must be 4.2 or above.
You also have to find an App that can transmit a video signal between the tablet and webcam.
