1. Remove the ball by turning the ball retainer counter-clockwise until it becomes loose. 2. Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive cleaner to clean the ball and the rollers. You can also use a cotton swab to clean the ball container. 3. Reinstall the ball and ball retainer.
