Communication with stakeholders in the recent year

KYE continues to communicate and cooperate with different stakeholders. Through multiple periodic and non-periodic communication channels, we hope to produce different results and diverse social values with key stakeholders. At the same time, we improve the supervisory functions of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. In response to the material issues of concern for stakeholders, we have summarized 18 potential sustainability issues, for which we not only actively respond to the expectations and suggestions of stakeholders through various channels, but also communicate with them through the corresponding chapters/sections of this report.

The company regularly reports the communication status with various stakeholders to the board of directors once a year, with the latest report date being November 8, 2024.

  1. Announcing information related to employee welfare (health examination, group insurance, etc.), the Employee Welfare Committee, and training courses from time to time via internal emails.
  2. Holding a labor-management committee meeting every three months to maintain a good relationship.

  1. Providing customers with exclusive communication channels.
  2. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys from time to time at exhibition venues or through foreign distributors, and appointing dedicated personnel to handle complaints or disputes to protect consumer rights.
  3. Conducting a satisfaction survey in Q4 of each year for customers dealing with us in the current year.
  4. Customer complaints for products are resolved by dedicated personnel daily.
